Recruiting Debaters

I have noticed that the number of people that actually contribute in the religion forum seam to be pretty low, it’s the same 10 or 20 people all the time. I propose we all look for opportunities while browsing the Internet to invite new people to the forum. I am not saying that you browse the internet specifically looking for new recruits, just keep it in mind incase you happen to run across something. Here is something I noticed recently to give you an idea of what I mean:

Religion has been done to death in this forum, the same goes for guns and gays issues. This is a gals (abortion) guns (nuts) and gays (sodomites) topics forum.
I call it the "triple G" forum

I wished this forum had more international members and the topics expanded to cover the whole world, Europe and Latin America in particular.

forums are a dying thing, in most of them only a small core posts so eventually they repeat themselves.
the variety is provided by a constant stream of newcomers, when it dries up the forum goes zzzzzz

Yeah it’s really too bad it’s going down hill.

Do you see this as terminal trend or could the pendulum swing back some day?

The fact is that we can't account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can't.

The thing about a Jew's Harp is that you have to keep thumpin' it. This place needs a good thumpin'!
