This hysteria over hyper-equality is basically out of control in so many ways in our current uber-PC society.

    - It's also fascinating that we've let groups like this get away with rhetoric that tries to make respect-for-earth synonymous with 'peace' and so forth. Every major religion has teachings about respecting the earth, including Judeo-Christian religions.
When Alburquerque is mentioned, be assured that there is always a great deal of drugs involved. I knew someone who had been desperately stabbed at one of these gatherings by, it was a man being attacked by a man, and I believe that drugs and gang warfare were involved. The fellow survived, miraculously.

There is a heavy drug trade in that region and a number of years ago, satanism was used as the excuse to knock off inconvenient people.

Unfortunately, New Mexico borders Mexico and the desperate poverty of that nation inculcated by its repressive Christianity plays a major factor in the growth of the drug thugs who kill thousands in Mexico and who have invaded certain cities in the U.S. with their poverty-induced trade.

Remember, this poverty is held in place by a repressive Christianity which supports the oligarchy that rules Mexico with an iron hand and keeps Mexico's people desperate and poor.

If these people are willing to put their lives on the line for their country, isnt it fair that the Air force gives them a stone circle to pray in, if they want one?

I wasn't going to bother with this one...

Personally, I don't think the military should permit any sort of religious favors - to any of them.
If you want to pray, go ahead. As long as it doesn't interfere with your duties.

The armed forces needs to focus on doing their job.
Leave the religion to personal time off.

That is absolutely true. That, and the fact the government can not show favoritism from one religion over another, by law.

I suppose it it was going to cause disharmony amongst the ranks , it would be a problem but I doubt( and I am sure that you feel the same) that it would.

So, what do you do with your Muslim buddy on a battle field when he has to pray?

'Performing salah is obligatory on all adult Muslims, with a few dispensations for those for whom it would be difficult. To perform valid salah, Muslims must be in a state of ritual purity, which is mainly achieved by ritual ablution according to prescribed procedures. The place of prayer should be clean. In a few cases where blood is leaving the body, salah is forbidden until a later time.'

I've never been in the military and I don't much care for anything that has to do with the military. I suppose in our imperfect world, it is just one of those unnecessary evils....BUT, I have seen enough 'war' movies and news coverage to know that if I were in the military and on a battlefield under fire from 'the enemy' I SURE AS HELL wouldn't want my buddy who was supposed to be watching my back, to suddenly take a prayer break.

    Isn't this obvious

    @Sandy

There is nothing inherently evil about a military.

What does unthinking disrespect merit in your book?

Go read the Old Testament, woman, and see what happens to the godless pagans, the Baal worshipers, and those cultures they infect.

Wiccanism, and those kinds of ungodly religions, are an affront to God and bring his displeasure and eventual Judgment upon the nations who engage in such practices. It's a shame you pagans are so spiritually challenged you aren't aware of these things.

You know they can say the same thing about you and your backwards religion.
