Here is an idea for gay take over of a state. If we took control of and became the majority of the population in one of the smaller states we could change things. Wyoming has a population of 493782 so I think it might only take 600000 to 1million of us to do this. Vermont is next with 608,827, then Alaska with 626,932, then North Dakota with 642,200, then South Dakota with 754,844, then Delaware with 754,844. I know Vermont and Deleware are already blue states but Wyoming would be fun with its cowboy culture. Just think if we had the money to invest and we could create the jobs and housing for gay people. It would be good to have a majority gay population in one state. With the power of the state behind gay people pushing federal laws would have to change and it is easier for a state to make it to the SCOTUS then an individual. We could make laws outlawing heterosexual marriage and adoption. We could refuse to honor contracts from other states and the best part congress has allready given the states the power to do so with the passage of DOMA. The religious right, the anti gay, and certain conservative types couldn't complain since gay people would be in the majority and using the democratic process. OH if I just had the money of a Bill Gates. Yes I know all the states are cold states and it might be hard to attact gay families to Wyoming but with enough money and ensentives anything is possible.
