    Father confronts abortion protesters

Quick synopsis: A couple was expecting their second child. They discovered it had a rare developmental disorder which would have prevented any chance of survival. They had to make the difficult decision to terminate the pregnancy (a friend of mine had a similar scenario which I posted a thread on a while back). When they arrived at the clinic, they were shouted at and berated by protestors. While his wife went into surgery, the husband grabbed his cellphone and recorded his confrontation with the protestors.

    Here's the link (with video).

A friend of the family was pregant and the baby had spinobifida (forgive the spelling). The doctor recommended abortion. Later that night we formed a circle and about 12 of us prayed for the baby and it was totally healed. The doctor was amazed. It was that lady's second miracle baby that the doctors had recommended abortion on.

    Don't kill the innocent unborn.

I see a person yelling at people protesting for their beliefs in that video. We don't see anything beforehand. So just from the video I'd say the guy was being a jerk.

You need a circle of 13, and at least one more woman than man for it to work!

    This proves you're lying.

    Bearing false witness EZ?

I wonder if some other explanation might be more plausible?

    Like misdiagnosis maybe?

That gentleman was confronting a horrific family medical situation and those persons had no business butting into his family's medical privacy. America is deteriorating into a barbaric state with persons like this behaving as they do.

Well, I didn't see them deny what he confronted them about. In fact, one of the woman apologized, so basically, she admitted it was true that they were yelling at women entering the clinic.

Besides, considering what he was going through I'd hardly call that being a jerk. But you don't sound very empathetic to anything the couple was going through, yourself.

Don't you have any life experience?

IMO, he was very rational, under the circumstances. Everything he said was quite logical, including the term "low lifes."

Do you have evidence that there is a causal link between the praying and the outcome?

Yep. God showed up and cured the baby. Are you in denial of that?

Your evidence for your conclusion is the conclusion itself?!? That's called a circular argument.

Are you in denial of that?
I am until you show real evidence.

Don't feel a need to prove anything to you. And being classified as a circular argument doesn't change the fact that it happened.

if that is evidence that God exists, what do you call it when people pray day and night for their deformed baby to get better in the womb and its born even worse off than they expected?

is that proof that God does not exist?

That man was sticking up for his wifes right to choose! That's one hell of a guy right there.

The baby would have been born with no kidneys or bladder. What the hell kind of life is that?
