Now, I am not a racist, but I must say that I agree with some of your points - namely, that the freedom of association has been violated by forced integration. It is unconstitutional - the 14th amendment implies that government cannot force people to do things on the basis of race.
I would not call it "genocide," though I would call it "liberticide." (I am not sure if that is even a word.) I do not think this violation of liberty specifically targets European Americans, because all races are forced to integrate - black, white, hispanic, etc.
